Information You Send
Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search form are passed to the outside provider serving that result. Our servers do not retain a copy of those form searches. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message, which is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. We use aggregate information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
The limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Outside Services and Links
County and state portals, library collections, archives, and sponsored search tools have their own privacy practices. Their terms control information submitted on those services, including material entered through a sponsored result.
Service Providers
Hosting and support providers may process the logs described above. Analytics or advertising providers can receive applicable automatic information. Disclosure occurs when required by valid legal process or otherwise permitted by law.
Data Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection and retains logs only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no accounts, the service does not keep visitor passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor has submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Rights can depend on the place where a visitor lives. Pennsylvania does not presently have a general enacted consumer-data statute that creates a universal deletion route for all resident information. Because we keep little, a request normally involves the contact mailbox and applicable server logs; use the Contact page. Government records are outside our control. Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, governs agency-record access, while correction or redaction questions belong with the holding custodian.
Policy Changes
Any revision will appear here. Continued use after a posted update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
